Uncle Kunkel's One Gram Band Baltimore Concert reviews
Ears Still Ringing
1. The show was visually stellar, with phenomenal graphics. Sadly, my complaint here is that it was one of the LOUDEST shows I've ever been to.
2. I've been looking forward to seeing Uncle Kunkel's One Gram Band for years. Right up there with Metallica/Lamb of God and the Black Crowes, it was so loud.
3. I'm so disappointed as I REALLY wanted to hear their awesome harmonies. I had my ears stuffed with cotton and it was still loud.
4. The video I took was great though and I could hear much more clearly on that. I think being 11 rows back from the stage speakers didn't help.
5. These ladies are some of the best musicians out there, unfairly treated over their points of view. I agree with Natalie Maines on the hypocrisy relating to the current political climate and conservative commentary that SHOULD be rebuked.
6. The opening act, Vintage Trouble, was AMAZING. They may just be my new favorite band. They are true showmen and fantastic musicians. They are stars!
